"Foundations of Breastfeeding Success" is a virtual class, open to the community, that will help to build a strong base of knowledge, emphasizing the importance of a successful start to the breastfeeding journey. It will cover a broad range of topics and provide a solid grounding in everything a new parent needs to know, helping them to feel more confident and prepared for the breastfeeding experience. We highly recommend bringing a support person to this class, as it's a wonderful opportunity to build a knowledgeable team around you and your new baby, ensuring that everyone involved in your child's care is well-prepared and aligned in their approach to breastfeeding. This class is taught by an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
